Dry cleaning procedure

In case of contamination with loose particles dry cleaning often is successful.

Our experts dismantle the devices / units and clean them with special antistatic equipment.

After damages have occuured the toxic substances are often found on the layer of existing dust that has settled due to environmental conditions so that they can removed more easily

Wet cleaning procedure

Contaminations (e.g. oil, grease, crusts ) and those caused by salt, acids or alkalines can be removed from the most kinds of surfaces by a wet cleaning only.

The wet cleaning is based on two different procedures : by organic or water - based cleaning agents.

With the wet cleaning - based on water - it is important to thoroughly dry the components ( air circulation / vacuum drying ).

With the use of organic cleaning agents the liquid evaporates without residue so that the total time of cleaning is reduced. the device is ready for operation after a short break only . However, this type of cleaning is not applicable in every case.
